MEET OUR COACHES
Our first principle of coaching is that working with an athlete is like building a house.
We aim to create a foundation through skill accumulation that allows triathlon to be a lifelong outlet if the athlete chooses to continue. By combining skill accumulation with a fun & competitive environment, an athlete can race at a nationally competitive level or just enjoy a fun afternoon with friends.
What happens on race day over the course of 1-2 hours is the product of enjoying the sport and slowly improving through the course of consistent participation. To encourage participation we believe in celebrating achievements in practice (new personal bests, successfully completing harder workouts) while consistently encouraging with positivity those who are trying their best.
