Fall & Winter 2024 Information Sheet

Coaches Note: At the beginning of the season, everyone is required to read and acknowledge the information in this overview. Triathlon is an open and sometimes ambiguous sport. We run and bike in public places with traffic and other people. We swim in the ocean and lakes, which are not as calm or contained as swimming pools. We take a ‘SAFETY FIRST’ approach to the sport. Failure to follow the rules will result in suspension and possibly termination from the team. As your coaches, we are responsible for everyone’s wellbeing and we take pride in ensuring that.
